J. Travis Coates is a U.S. Navy Veteran, faith-driven servant leader, and dedicated real estate professional proudly serving Bowling Green and South-Central Kentucky.

Originally from Frankfort, Kentucky, Travis enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 19 and honorably served for 20 years across both U.S. coasts and overseas assignments, including a U.S. Army tour and a Joint NATO assignment. Following his retirement from military service in 2016, he returned home to Kentucky to raise his family and began a successful second career in Enterprise Information Technology, specializing in Data Center Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Storage Systems.

In 2022, Travis entered the real estate industry with a mission rooted in service: helping veterans, first-time homebuyers, and working families create long-term wealth through strategic real estate ownership. From first homes to investment properties and house-hacking strategies, he combines practical experience, market knowledge, and a commitment to educating and empowering his clients.
